What’s in scope
One automation repository and one main pipeline. The review focuses on test structure, isolation, fixtures, data dependencies, assertions, waits, selectors, maintainability, coverage strategy, reporting and observability.
What’s out of scope
Production code changes, a full security or penetration test, performance testing, production CI configuration, unlimited revisions, legal or compliance opinions, and ongoing support. These can be discussed separately if useful.
How delivery works
- Agree the scope and a secure way to share materials.
- Provide the repository or archive, CI context and short intake.
- Review and targeted checks where appropriate.
- Receive a PDF report and quick wins within 48 hours after all materials arrive.
Confidentiality and safe access
Never share passwords, API tokens, cloud credentials or secrets. Check repositories and archives for plaintext secrets before transfer. For private code, agree access and retention expectations first. Customer code and findings stay private and are not used in marketing without written permission.
